SCOPe dataset with pairwise TM-score

This dataset is the full set of all 15176 SCOPe domains from the ASTRAL subset (i.e., non-redundant set with <40% sequence identity) of SCOPe database version 2.08.

Files:
list          - list of domains ranked in ascending order of sequence length
astral.fasta  - FASTA sequence converted from PDB file. The sequence header
                includes the SCOPe domain ID and the SCOPe classification.
                For example, >d2oj5b1 b.83.1.0 means
