Studying the diversity of fish Tilapia gut microbiome at Nasser Lake, Egypt, based on culture-independent rRNA gene NGS analyses. The studying included diversity of fish gut eukaryotes 18S rRNA genes, Bacterial 16S rRNA genes and archaeal 16S rRNA genes based on Illumina Miseq NGS approach
