Validation of the target genes found for the miRNAs differentially expressed under drought.

The expression rations between drought-stressed and control plants are shown. The first number in each pair indicates miRNA levels and the second indicates the target gene expression.
*indicates ratios where differences in the expression levels between irrigated and drought-stressed plants are statistically significant (P<0.05). Expression rations that are in bold indicate that miRNA induction or repression correlates with repression or induction of target genes, respectively.
