RNA-seq of Robinia pseudoacacia tissues root, stem, leaf and nodule under control conditions and after inoculation with rhizobia strain Mesorhizobium huakuii QD9

The legume tree Robinia pseudoacacia L. fixes nitrogen (N2) in conjunction with Rhizobia. Different to herbaceous legumes, there is a lack of knowledge about the molecular functions and systemic molecular characteristics of N2 fixation in trees. We performed RNA-seq of leaves, stems and roots under inoculation and control conditions as well as nodules.
