<p>Raw data and calculations for copepod gut fluorescence. Raw data represent the computed 2D area of gut epifluorescence images containing chlorophyll. Guts of <em>Oithona davisae</em> and <em>Pseudodiaptomus marinus</em> adult and nauplii were examined.</p>
