Seasonal Variation and Macrolide Resistance in Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infections: A Cohort Study in a Large Pediatric Population

This research focused on analyzing the epidemiological traits, age-related nonlinear associations, seasonal variation patterns, and trends in the evolution of resistance in Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infections across a large population, providing scientific evidence for clinical management and public health interventions.
