RNA sequencing of primary hepatocytes from Control and and hepatocyte-specific Mettl3 knockout with ALB-Cre (Mettl3 cKO) mice after Actinomycin D treatment. Overall design: Primary hepatocytes were treated with 5 µM Actinomycin D for 0 hour, 2 hours, and 6 hours. Differentially expressed genes were compared between WT and Mettl3 cKO mouse primary hepatocytes at each time points after Actinomycin D treatment.
