Supporting LC–TWIMS–HRMS data for: Chemical Mapping of Crocus sativus L. Floral Parts for Assessing Compositional Consistency and Auto-Adulteration in Saffron-Based Botanicals
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains representative LC–TWIMS–HRMS datasets supporting the manuscript: Directional fingerprinting of saffron (Crocus sativus L.) by LC–TWIMS–HRMS. The original data were acquired using a Waters Vion HR-IMS mass spectrometer controlled by Waters UNIFI software, which stores proprietary .uep project files. To facilitate data sharing, representative datasets were converted to the open mzML format using ProteoWizard MSConvert. Important note. Due to current software limitations, conversion from UNIFI proprietary files to mzML does not preserve all acquisition metadata, particularly ion mobility information. Consequently, the deposited mzML files represent the LC–HRMS component of the acquisition but do not fully reproduce the original LC–TWIMS–HRMS datasets. The repository contains representative reference tissues, commercial saffron samples, quality control samples and analytical blanks used in the study. Processed feature tables, exported chromatograms, analysis scripts and statistical workflows are available in the companion Zenodo software repository.
