Complete genome sequence of Alteromonas macleodii str. Te101 isolated from Trichodesmium erythraeum IMS101 culture

This project aims to isolate and sequence the complete genome of one Alteromonas strain grown in the Trichodesmium erythraeum IMS101 culture. The strain was segregated, sequenced using the Pacific Biosciences RS (PacBio) platform, and assembled using the RS_HGAP2 protocol. The primary transcriptomes of this strain under different salinity conditions were studied. Our project provides a complete genome sequence and genome-wide single resolution TSS mapping.
