TCM-ID is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) information database that links TCM data with the human genome map. It contains 7,443 high-quality TCM prescriptions and 27,631 human healthy and diseased samples, recording the expression profiles of TCM target genes under 56 disease conditions. First released in 2005, TCM-ID serves as a pivotal resource hub for TCM data research.
