This dataset, named MVME, contains 506 high-quality medical cases, all of which are text-only and cover multiple medical specialties including surgery, internal medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology. Additionally, this dataset is used to validate the multimodal capabilities of the MEDCO framework, which includes an additional test set consisting of 16 neurology cases, each accompanied by corresponding radiological images or report photos. In terms of scale, the 506 medical cases are split into a training set (259 cases) and a test set (247 cases). The dataset is designed for learning and practice scenarios in medical education.
