WAAM electrical monitoring signals of thin-walls depositions

This dataset contains time-series electrical signals (current and voltage) and thermal data (pyrometer measurements) acquired during Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) thin-wall depositions. The signals were recorded at a sampling frequency of 10 kHz using a predefined design of experiments (DoE), covering a range of process parameters including wire feed speed (WFS), travel speed (TS), thermal ondition (TC) and initial contact tip to work distance (CTWD₀). The data are provided in MATLAB (.mat) format and are intended for WAAM process monitoring and analysis.
