地址数据标准化治理 （1）地址信息的标准为国家统计局官方最新发布的全国统计用区划代码,代码中对行政区划进行了五级划分。 （2）产品提供地址数据标准化能力，按照国家五级行政区划标准，将地址中缺少的区划信息进行补全，将错误、老旧的区划信息进行纠正。 （3）地址标准化需要包含对应地址的区划编码，以国家统计局12位区划为准。如：江苏省苏州市吴江区松陵街道北门社区居委会- 320509001002 （4）地址标准化需要包含对应地址的经纬度信息，wgs-84和gcj-02两个坐标系。 （5）输入地址缺乏行政区划时，优先匹配我行有分支机构地区的地址信息。 （6）提供行政区划映射功能，需能够映射到民政部公布的行政区划代码。 （7）产品提供地址数据质量检测能力，快速判断地址格式是否满足标准，并提示对应的消息。检测类型包括： 1.地址是否包含非法字符、无效字符。 2.地址是否无区划信息或缺乏某一级区划。 3.地址是否存在区划隶属关系不正确，如上海市虎丘区XXX。 4.地址是否包含详细地址等。 （8）除了提供地址信息标准化接口，还需要提供平台批

Address Data Standardization Governance
(1) The standard for address information is the latest National Statistical Division Codes officially released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), which divides administrative divisions into five levels.
(2) This product offers address data standardization functionalities, which can supplement missing administrative division information in input addresses and rectify erroneous or outdated division information in compliance with the national five-level administrative division standards.
(3) Address standardization requires including the administrative division code corresponding to the target address, based on the 12-digit division codes issued by the National Bureau of Statistics. For example: Jiangsu Province, Suzhou City, Wujiang District, Songling Subdistrict, Beimen Community Committee corresponds to the code 320509001002.
(4) Address standardization requires including the longitude and latitude information of the corresponding address, supporting both WGS-84 and GCJ-02 coordinate systems.
(5) When the input address lacks administrative division information, prioritize matching address information of regions where our bank has established branches.
(6) Provide an administrative division mapping function that can map to the administrative division codes published by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
(7) The product provides address data quality detection capabilities to quickly verify whether the address format complies with the standards and issue corresponding prompt messages. The detection types include:
1. Whether the address contains illegal or invalid characters.
2. Whether the address has no division information or lacks a certain level of division.
3. Whether there is an incorrect subordinate relationship of administrative divisions in the address, such as Huqiu District under Shanghai Municipality XXX.
4. Whether the address contains detailed address information, etc.
(8) In addition to providing address information standardization APIs, the platform also needs to provide platform batch processing capabilities
