Transcriptome sequencing of Populus simonii x Populus nigra inoculation with Alternaria alternata

These experiment provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of Populus resistance to A. alternata, as well as candidate genes and theoretical foundations for the cultivation of long-lasting and broad-spectrum resistant poplar varieties in the future.
