Computer-Aided Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, 17 pages. For matrices, the order of the variables is as listed in the file "numbering-of-state-space-variables.ods". The beam nodes are numbered left to right. For other files, the column headers correspond to the items in the legends of the respective plots in the paper.The data were obtained using a workstation with an Intel Xeon (3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Linux) and the Matlab environment.
