This video demonstrates to students what an effective and constructive feedback on teaching look like. Following the acronym, SFT, it suggests 3 components to consider when providing feedback. Students are encouraged to describe the situation, consider their feeling, and provide targeted solution(s) to resolve an identified teaching problem.
