Soil and plant metagenome

Soil and plant samples were collected from the Tianmin Vegetable Base in Wuqing District, Tianjin, China. Sampling was specifically conducted during the tomato maturity stage. For each selected plant, the following samples were obtained:Rhizosphere Soil: Soil tightly adhering to the root system (0-5 cm depth) was carefully collected as the rhizosphere soil sample.Root Samples: The entire root system of the tomato plant was excavated and collected.Leaf Samples: Mature, fully developed leaves were selected and collected from the plant canopy.All samples were immediately placed in sterile bags, stored on ice in a cooler, and promptly transported to the laboratory for subsequent processing and analysis.
