Stage IIIC Heterogeneity in FIGO 2018 Cervical Cancer Staging: A Retrospective Single-Center Study on Tumor Size as an Independent Prognostic Factor

This dataset and manuscript present a retrospective single-center study evaluating the prognostic impact of FIGO 2009 and 2018 staging systems in cervical cancer. The analysis includes 144 patients treated between 2015–2025 at Mersin University, Turkey. Results highlight the heterogeneity of Stage IIIC disease and identify tumor size as an independent prognostic factor, with a 4 cm cutoff stratifying survival outcomes. Findings contribute to the national dataset, align with international standards, and provide a foundation for future multicenter collaborations.
