It represents a .knar file archive for use with KNIME Analytics Platform (www.knime.com) with the PMM-Lab KNIME extension (https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/pmm-lab/). It contains the KNIME workflow, generated heat inactivation models as well as the associated data.
