Images from an Archaeological Evaluation at Waverley Riding School, Coventry Road, Cubbington, Warwickshire, July 2022

This collection comprises images from an archaeological evaluation at Waverley Riding School, Coventry Road, Cubbington, Warwickshire. This work was undertaken by Thames Valley Archaeological Services Ltd in July 2022. Eight trenches were opened mechanically under archaeological supervision and potential archaeological features investigated by hand. There was evidence for post-medieval ridge and furrow, and a single sherd of medieval pottery possibly dates one drainage gully. There was no evidence related to a nearby Iron Age 'banjo' enclosure.
