Phosphorus and soil microbial effects on Cleistogenes squarrosa

We carried out a glasshouse experiment to explore how Cleistogenes squarrosa respond to indigenous soil microbiota and P addition in monoculture. The experiment was completely randomized designed with two factors: two indigenous soil sterilization treatment (sterilized inoculation soil and un-sterilized inoculation soil), two levels of P-fertilization groups (5mg/kg and 25mg/kg addition, designated as low P treatment and P addition treatment).
