Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9705 (1997)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Geometrics G-886 Magnetometer and Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9705 conducted in 1997 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Dale Sawyer). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Magnetic Field and Singlebeam Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): The S Reflector and Rifting Processes: Iberia Abyssal Plain/Galicia Bank, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE95-21517.
