Register of Accidents, illness and dangerous occurrences which are notifiable in NSW and require subsequent analysis and reporting. It includes fatal and non fatal accidents. This is an ongoing activity in SafeWork. The records are in both paper and digital format. The records in the digital system transferred in 2022, span the period 1991 - 2001 when it was replaced by another digital system.
