DATA Mytilus genotypic and phenotypic variability_EVA 2021

Datasets underlying the analyses reported in Michalek et al. (2021) <i>Mytilus trossulus</i> introgression and consequences for shell traits in longline cultivated mussels. <i>Evolutionary Applications</i>. Mussel samples were collected between 2015 and 2016 at a longline mussel farm on the Scottish West coast, from different depth of cultivation. These were assessed for morphological traits, including shell strength and shall shape, and genotyped using both a single nuclear marker (Me15/16) as well as newly developed <i>M. trossulus</i> diagnostic SNP panel.
