The reference genome of the paradise fish

This is a variant call file (VCF) that was used to determine the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rates in the reference genome of paradise fish. Paradise fish are an "air breathing" fish that lives in brackish, poorly oxygenated water and has a specialized organ called the "labyrinth organ" used to capture and absorb oxygen from the air. It has distinct behaviors and is potentially a new model organism for evolutionary and developmental biology studies.
