Analysis of gene expression changes induced in adipose tissue by an extract of Artemisia scoparia in high-fat diet-induced obese male mice

Analysis of effects of A scoparia on gene expression in adipose tissue. Current study was designed to examine the whole-body and tissue-specific effects of A scoparia on metabolic parameters in the context of high-fat diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance. Total RNA extracted from adipose tissue of male mice after 4 weeks of feeding with high-fat diet or HFD supplemented with 1% w/w of an A scoparia extract.
