For admixed samples simulated at �� = 6 and �� = 100 from an ancestral African population (trueAFR) and an ancestral European population (trueEUR), we report the value of FST between segments of African ancestry (inferredAFR) or European ancestry (inferredEUR) inferred by HAPMIX and the true ancestral populations.
