MFN2 is a protein involved in mitochondrial fusion and in tethering of mitochondria to the endoplasmic reticulum. However,the role of MFN2 in the anti-tumour immunity of CD8+ T cells still unknown. To better understanding the role of MFN2 in the anti-tumour immunity of CD8+ T cells, we performed single-cell sequencing on CD8+ T cells isolated from tumour-bearing WT and MFN2 CKO mice.
