Raw and processed data for Ye et al 2023 - part2/2.<br>Part2/2 only contains [2/2 widefield+ephys] data.All other data is in a separate figshare repository (part1/2) here.In total, 2 parts together require 51GB disk space after unzipping.<br>After downloading and unzipping both repositories, place all 6 subfolders under a root data folder. The companion code below will look for data inputs from these 6 subfolders, after specifying the root data folder.<br>Companion code and description is here.
