Distinct Genomic Features of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ST235

The Pseudomonas aeruginosa ST235 high-risk clone has emerged as a significant threat due to its enhanced virulence and resistance capacities. Identifying the molecular adaptations responsible for its pathogenic success is critical to understanding its persistence and global dissemination. In this study, we performed genomic and transcriptomic analyses to uncover the factors contributing to the evolutionary success of the P. aeruginosa ST235 clone.
