The Environmental Analysis documents the analysis of the groundfish target species stock status, higher and lower trophic level species, and the physical and socioeconomic environment. The federal action consists of proposing the 1999 total allowable catch specifications for the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands management area and the Gulf of Alaska management area.
