Pseudomonas Genome Sequencing Project. Pseudomonas

Members of the genus Pseudomonas are attractive target for genome sequencing due to their clinical importance, metabolic versatility, and ubiquitous distribution in environment. This project aims to support epidemiological studies and biotechnological research of Pseudomonas spp. by providing genome sequence data through the NBRC web site (http://www.bio.nite.go.jp/ngac/e/project_wgs-e.html) and DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank databases.
