Thyroid hormone action in human hepatocytes and the Cistromes of TRB1 and ChREBP in liver of mice

Human iPSC were differentiated to hepatocytes and treated with T3 or vehicle then total RNA was sequenced. The cistrome of TRB1 or ChREBP was delineated in liver of hypothyroid and hyperthyroid mice. 24 total ChREBP ChIP-Seq samples: 2 sequencing replicates of 2 biological samples in each of 3 conditions (wildtype treated with PTU, wildtype treated with PTU and T3, knockout model treated with PTU and T3), plus corresponding input controls for all. 8 total THRB ChAP-Seq samples: 2 biological samples in each of 2 conditions (hyper- and hypothyroidism) with corresponding controls. 9 total RNA-Seq samples: 5 treated (T3) and 4 controls.
