Comparative genomic hybridization of strains PN1 (no duplication) and PN1400 (duplication in Chromosome 3) Overall design: Genomic DNA of strains PN1 and PN1400 were reciprocially labeled for competitive hybridization. For each experiment, genomic DNA of each strain was labelled in duplicate with two different dyes for a dye-swap average.
