Electron energy loss dataset on TbScO3

The dataset contains both the coreloss and lowloss multispectrum of TbScO3. Following settings were used during the acquisition: Acceleration voltage: 300 kV Convergence angle: 28 mrad Collection angle: 32 mrad The dataset is colleced with an Iliad spectrometer on a Thermo Fisher Scientific Titan Themis Z. This dataset is used together with the notebook, TbScO3Example.ipynb, in pyEELSMODEL (https://github.com/joverbee/pyEELSMODEL). This notebook shows how to open the files with the pyEELSMODEL package. Moreover, this dataset is used in the work of Jannis et al. (https://arxiv.org/abs/2408.11870) where the advantage of constrained fine structure fitting in EELS processing is shown.
