Genome sequences of multidrug resistant Salmonella enterica serovar Dublin isolates

Salmonella enterica serovar Dublin is a significant cause of food borne diseases. There is increased incidence of infections caused by S. Dublin in the recent years. S. Dublin has tendency to cause invasive infections especially bloodstream infections and can be associated with multiple drug resistance, which may complicate treatment. The goal of this project is to understand the resistant determinants in Salmonella enterica serovar Dublin strains.
