metaT from incubation experiment with NESAP surface seawater

Metatranscripts from 24 h incubation experiment with surface seawater from NESAP. Incubations with ADOC ammendments at low and high doses within the range of environmentally relevant ADOC pollution levels aimed to understand microbial responses to ADOC . All samples were taken after 24h of ADOC exposure: Two samples as controls (no spike), two samples with low dose spike and two samples with high dose spike.
