To analyze the effect of olanzapine administration on gut microbes, and further analyze its role in olanzapine-induced abnormal lipid metabolism by cutting off the gut microbe-brain axis. We collected feces from different groups of rats to analyze changes in gut microbiota. We collected cecal contents from different groups of rats to analyze changes in the levels of gut microbiota metabolites (short-chain fatty acids). In addition, we also measured the expression of orexin peptides in the hypothalamus.
