钙钛矿薄膜可控生长数据集主要针对钙钛矿薄膜因成核、结晶过程难以调控导致钙钛矿薄膜质量差等问题,面向钙钛矿薄膜可控生长进行一系列研究。本项目通过调控钙钛矿薄膜晶体生长速率、前驱体化学组份以及表面后处理等,实现了钙钛矿薄膜的可控生长。通过研究钙钛矿薄膜晶粒尺寸与光生载流子扩散长度、晶界电荷复合之间的关系,优化钙钛矿薄膜的制备工艺,得到高质量钙钛矿薄膜,实现薄膜6微米内晶粒可控生长。数据集主要记录了形貌表征数据、形貌分析数据、晶体结构表征数据、载流子输运分析数据、光伏性能表征数据、论文及专利文件等,数据量约为330M。
The Controllable Growth Dataset for Perovskite Thin Films targets a series of studies on the controllable growth of perovskite thin films, which addresses the issues such as poor film quality caused by the difficulty in regulating the nucleation and crystallization processes. This project realizes the controllable growth of perovskite thin films by regulating factors including the crystal growth rate, precursor chemical compositions and surface post-treatment of perovskite thin films. By investigating the correlations among the grain size, photogenerated carrier diffusion length and intergrain charge recombination of perovskite thin films, this project optimizes the preparation process to obtain high-quality perovskite thin films, and achieves controllable grain growth within 6 micrometers. The dataset mainly records morphology characterization data, morphology analysis data, crystal structure characterization data, carrier transport analysis data, photovoltaic performance characterization data, papers and patent documents, etc., with a total data volume of approximately 330 MB.
