Expression data from isolated SHARPIN-deficient thymic Treg cells

One of the ubiquitin ligases, LUBAC, is a trimetric complex composed of SHARPIN, HOIL-1, and HOIP. LUBAC works at the proximal TCR signaling pathway allowing normal Treg development. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying LUBAC-mediated signaling pathway in Treg cells. CD3e+CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ thymicTreg cells were isolated from the pools of splenocytes and lymph node cells in Sharpinfl/fl-Foxp3-Cre or the corresponding control mice. To reveal the difference of gene expression between the two, RNA were extracted from the cells, and hybridized on Affymetrix microarrays. Three experiments were independently performed.
