This Human Resources and Social Security (HRSS) Big Data Solution is mainly targeted at HRSS institutions at the provincial, municipal and county levels. Based on the big data platform and end-user data of China Mobile Henan Branch, it integrates multi-source data from HRSS systems, third-party institutions and the Internet. By comprehensively applying technologies including China Mobile Henan's big data, 5G and AI model algorithms, it conducts in-depth mining and analysis of population data, establishes a three-level management mechanism at the provincial, municipal and county levels, and achieves the construction goals of content sharing, resource sharing, channel co-construction and data interconnection. The solution provides data support for government decision-making and improves the intelligence level of public services.
