Genomic long reads of the grapevine rootstock cultivar 'Börner' were phase-separated with the TrioBinning approach using Illumina reads of 'Börners' parents V. riparia and V. cinerea. The separated long reads were assembled into the 'Börner' haplotype assemblies.
