Public AI Evidence Registry Observatory: Initial Corpus and Revision Supplement

Version v0.3 accompanies the revised PLOS ONE manuscript PONE-D-26-28598. It contains (1) the frozen v0.2 initial-corpus archive and (2) the revision supplement adding the full 2,627-row accession table, source-row and admission audit with capture digests, exact 96-row selection audit, 11-case coding and layer-overlap map, evidence-object applicability table, before/after correction log, corrected 203-work screening ledger, and deterministic scripts.
