This study conducted two online experiment to explore whether construal level and the unhealthy-tasty intuition (UTI) moderate the effect of two major types of message strategies used for food promotion --- taste-focused message versus health-focused message on consumer responses. Study 1 employed a between-subject experimental design with four combinations of message strategies. Study 2 is a 2 (message type: taste-focused vs. health-focused) * 2 (state construal level: high vs. low) between-subject experiment.<br>
