1. General Overview Product: Cigarette cut tobacco (represented by the code Brand A in the dataset). Data Scale: A total of 1,051 production batch records, comprising 64 feature variables. Time Span: January 3, 2024, to October 14, 2024. Data Granularity: The minimum unit is the "Batch Number" (e.g., 240102HSXY##04), with each row representing a complete production batch. 2. Core Production Processes and Features Following the actual physical flow of tobacco processing, the data covers the entire chain from raw material treatment to final flavoring. It mainly includes the following 8 key processing stages: Processing Stage Example of Key Monitored Parameters Business Significance 1. Loosening & Rehumidification Process flow rate, ambient temperature/humidity, water addition coefficient, steam flow rate Pretreatment of tobacco leaves to increase temperature and moisture, enhancing toughness. 2. Pre-mixing Storage duration, inlet moisture content Mixing and temporary storage of tobacco leaves to balance moisture. 3. Leaf Casing (Flavoring) Casing liquid temperature, HT steam valve opening, casing ratio Application of flavorings and sugar solutions to improve taste. 4.
