Supplementary Data for "Three rate-determining protein roles in photosynthetic O2-evolution addressed by time-resolved experiments on genetically modified photosystems"

Flash-induced IR transients for wild-type PSII core complexes (Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803) and two point mutants, D1-D61A and D1-N298A. Each file contains four excel tabs with the data obtained at 1384, 1400, 1514 and 1544 cm-1, respectively. At each wavenumber, the IR changes were recorded for 800 ms for ten sequential saturating excitation flashes (flash spacing: 1 s). The first column is the time axis given in milliseconds (ms). The difference absorption (ΔA) is given in µOD. All data was corrected for a heating artefact.
