This data (SPSS 29) was taken from mugshots. The skin tone of the forehead was read with a eyedropper program off the website publishing the mugshots of those arrested in Alachua County Florida. The mugshots were from two months before and two months after a mandate to stop arresting people to protect the prison population during COVID.
