This dataset (TPLUCD) provides annually updated land use and land cover information of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from 1990 to 2023 at a spatial resolution of 30 meters, using the WGS-84 coordinate system, and is publicly released in GeoTIFF format. Its classification system uses numerical codes from 1 to 10 to represent ten types of land cover: 1: Cropland; 2: Forest; 3: Shrubland; 4: Alpine steppe; 5: Alpine meadow; 6: Water body; 7: Bare land; 8: Impervious surface (such as buildings and roads); 9: Wetland; 10: Snow and ice cover.
