Accident and Incidents Historical Market Values Data offers access to historical commercial aviation aircraft market values provided by Collateral Verifications assigned to each accident/incident event after January 1, 2008 (for commercial jets) and January 1, 2010 (for commercial turboprops) in the Accidents and Incidents data set consisting of accident/incident data. The data set covers more than 12,000 accidents and incidents and gives access to the current market value applicable at the time of the incident based on the build year and value year for each aircraft.

1. The values provided are in millions of U.S. dollars and assume that, except for near aircraft, the aircraft and all of its major components, were in a "Half-time" condition per the current maintenance program and overhaul intervals for the respective components.

2. The aircraft were capable of receiving a certificate of airworthiness from an industry recognized regulatory authority.

3. All mandatory airworthiness directives were up to date and had been complied with.

4. The aircraft were assumed to have no damage history and be in good condition.

The data set is updated weekly with valuations updated three times per year (for current market values).
