Microcrustacean presence-absence data from Norwegian lakes

This dataset contains the presence-absence data of 1465 lakes used in the article "Lake zooplankton richness; assessing climatic and spatial drivers for space-for-time predictions." It is divided into a raw data file and a final filtered dataset which only contains lakes for which latitude, longitude, and altitude data were available. The two R markdown files are used to run the analysis. The readme file explains the files in more detail.
